Testimonial – Client1
Client testimonial

“This amazing organisation has given me the belief that I can or do have the skills/tools to cope with whatever life throws at one. The weekly sessions have resulted in re-gaining the lost inner strength, a heightened level of self-awareness, clarity and an articulation in all areas of my life. HELP has offered an intrinsically safe sanctuary, free of judgement and the sessions have resulted in giving a confidence and belief, that had somehow got mislaid. I feel immensely lucky to have been given the compassionate support I have received from my remarkable counsellor.”
