At Help Counselling, we believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health support. For over 60 years, we have been committed to transforming lives through affordable, short- and long-term talking therapies in west London and beyond.
We offer counselling services to adults over 18, both face-to-face in our London consulting rooms, or online. We are committed to long-term and quality support at an affordable cost. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, stress, depression, or other challenges, we are here to help you take the next step.
Unfortunately, we cannot help if you are in crisis, but the charity Mind maintains a list of crisis services who can support you.

Our Counsellors
We work with a diverse range of counsellors from different backgrounds, cultures and specialisms. We also support the next generation of counsellors by providing clinical placements for those gaining the experience needed to qualify with professional governing bodies. All our counsellors operate under regular, expert supervision and are registered with BACP, UKCP or an equivalent professional body.
We aim to match our clients with the counsellor best suited to the client’s specific needs. We do not use algorithms or a ‘cab rank’ system to allocate clients but instead tailor the process to best suit each client’s unique needs, circumstances and any preferences such as gender, cultural background and language.
